1. Online Account (Virtual Cellar)
Upon enrollment in either of these wine club tiers, members will be set-up with
an online account, complete with user name and password.
2. Online Wine Tracking Tool
With IWM's proprietary Online Wine Tracking Tool, members now possess the luxury
of tracking their monthly membership selections, as well as the ability to enter
and record additional wines based on consumption and collection.
3. Personal Cellar Master & Portfolio Manager
In addition to the Online Wine Tracking Tool, members benefit from a priceless
feature—a personal Cellar Master. Once enrolled and for the duration
of their membership, the Cellar Master will assist with entry of wines, tracking,
and answering questions in regard to the online account. An IWM Portfolio Manager
will advise on buying strategies that complement individual palate preferences
and budgets. This service includes a monthly courtesy call providing reports
on members' accounts. This integrated suite of services comprises the key components
of wine collection management: from inventory to cellar analysis to wine buying.
4. Automatic Selection Entries
Every month, for the duration of membership, the online account will be updated
by the personal Cellar Master with the corresponding IWM Wine Club selections,
complete with:

5. Bottle Tags with Drink Terms
Every month, for the duration of membership, monthly wine shipments will include
IWM proprietary Bottle Tags to assist with identification and tasting window.
In addition, all other wines purchased from IWM during
periods of active membership will
also receive proprietary Bottle Tags with drink terms.
6. Personal Wine Entries
For existing collections and for wines purchased outside of IWM, members can
use their online account to track and organize collections in their entirety.

Division is exclusive to members of the Balanced
Cellar Club and Sergio’s Cellar. Here
IWM goes beyond Italy in an effort to assist
the collector in creating a balanced cellar
with regards to country, region, varietal,
vintage, and style. Three recommended
wines are provided each week and include an
everyday drinker suited for casual enjoyment,
an entertainment wine appropriate for formal
occasions, and a cellar selection to lay down
to preserve its maximum potential—taken
together, they accommodate short, medium, and
long term needs.
