Wines:
The quest for the perfect Thanksgiving wine is often an unrealistic
one, given the plethora of flavors that set the Thanksgiving
table and the numerous palate personas in attendance at the
feast. It’s simply not a setting that is conducive
to brilliant match-ups. There is no one wine—however
balanced and proficient in the art of complementary pairing—that
can cover all of the side issues that the bird brings to
