About
this Six
Pack:
Classic is not a term that is used gratuitously
with respect to Italian wine. Rather, it signifies the
genesis of a regional or varietal expression that has been
sustained through the passion of a traditionalist. A classic
wine is not merely an essential point of reference with
respect to the wine in question, but a means of understanding
the particular wine’s evolution and the philosophical
and technical elements informing the departure of modern
interpretations. In fact, it is fair to say that one cannot
claim to “know the type” (Barolo, Barbaresco,
etc.) without having been exposed to its original conception.
Ground your education in Italy’s primary wines (and

This customized IWM home-schooling will have you learning
