Perticaia Guido Guardigli mastered winemaking during
his years at the Colpetrone and Scacciadiavoli estates,
and he now applies his amassed knowledge to his own estate,
Perticaia, in Umbria. Guardigli has constructed a new winery
with all the latest technological innovations and planted
14 hectares to Sagrantino, Sangiovese, Merlot, Colorino,
and Cabernet Sauvignon. Lorenzo Landi helped begin the production
of Sagrantino di Montefalco and Rosso di Montefalco, and
Emiliano Falsini has since taken over as enologist.
