Colle dei Bardellini
Established in 1970 by Genovese restaurateurs Pino and Luigi Sola, the small estate of Colle dei Bardellini has evidenced marked devotion to realizing the full potential of Liguria's principal whites, Vermentino and Pigato. The estate is regarded as the premier producer with respect to the former, which it presents in two versions-Vermentino Riviera di Ponente and Vermentino Vigna U Munte. The latter both captures the grape's distinguished aromatic profile and offers a full, rather atypical palate. Colle dei Bardellini also realizes benchmark performance in its work with Pigato, which resembles Vermentino in both appearance and profile.
