IWM's VINTAGE TASTING ROOM:
IWM recognizes the need for more intimate and informative
tastings that cater to groups of 2 - 8 wine enthusiasts
or collectors (events for 20-125 people can be held in the Studio del Gusto). As a result, the newly
constructed Vintage Tasting Room is on-premise and is designed
to provide the following:
- Designed for intimate events (2 - 8 people)
- Private tasting room (unique setting & atmosphere)
- Lectures by IWM sommeliers and Portfolio Managers
- Customize a tasting program(s), or
- Select from preset tasting themes (see below)
- Rare Vintage Wine tastings are also available
- Antipasti prepared by IWM's in-house Chef
Please note that this is an authentic cellar room. The
room is designed specifically to store vintage wines at
the proper temperature of 54 degrees, so we recommend dressing
appropriately for these events.
TASTING AND LECTURE THEMES:
Hosts may choose wines for individualized tastings from
a number of suggested themes (listed below). Should you
desire a specific tasting catered to your individual palate
and/or cellar objectives, our Portfolio Managers will work
with you to arrange a personalized list.

Our in-house sommelier(s) will uncork the bottles and provide
insight into the selected theme as you and your guests sip
the wines in our unique cellar space. An assortment of cured
meats, artisanal cheeses and other antipasti dishes, prepared
by our very own Chef, will be made available to enhance
the experience of the Vintage Tasting Room and Lecture.
