Shipping Terms and Conditions
For LUSSO members, orders will be coordinated through the appropriate concierge; however the following conditions will apply.

Temperature Advisory:
Please note that in order to protect wines from being damage, IWM will not send shipments via Ground or 2nd Day Air service to areas experiencing extreme weather conditions. Under these circumstances, wines will be shipped Next Day Air to ensure they are not exposed to conditions that may compromise their integrity.

Fees:
Orders within Manhattan will be delivered. A delivery fee of $12.75 will be charged for orders totaling less than $175.00; delivery in Manhattan is free for orders totaling $175.00 or more for a single delivery.

UPS ground shipping is available for orders sent to most states. UPS shipments will be charged along with the order. FedEx will be used for shipments to certain locations; these shipments will be charged by FedEx to the credit card provided for the order. Handling costs apply to all shipments sent outside Manhattan and will be charged along with the order.

The LUSSO Collection and IWM will provide the best possible shipping rates based on weather conditions and time considerations. The shipping costs included in the package price are based on 3 Day Service. Should conditions call for expediated shipping, you will be contacted to provide express authorization.

Restrictions:
Shipping to LUSSO's international locations (Panama, Bahamas, and Cabo San Lucas) is limited. Please contact a LUSSO representative to coordinate shipping to these locations. Due to shipping restrictions in the state of Utah, wines for the Deer Valley destination will be handled by a LUSSO representative.

General Terms of Purchase:
Any wine sold to you from Italian Wine Merchants is sold in New York and title passes to you, the buyer, in New York. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. We make no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any state outside New York, and we cannot ship wine to certain states. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 21 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with Italian Wine Merchants you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 21 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Italian Wine Merchants is not responsible for errors or omissions. Prices are subject to change due to availability and issue date. These terms apply to all sales and are the basis upon which orders are accepted. They will apply to all future transactions unless stated otherwise in writing.
