Marketing Manager - Full Time
IWM is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager
who can manage a staff of six, coordinate workflow,
and meet the increasing demands of the department. To
do this effectively will require some assessment and
reorganization. With new systems in place the Marketing
Manager will manage the execution of all the materials
necessary for daily wine events, a weekly e-letter,
the company website, collateral materials, quarterly
catalog, newsletter, sales requests and more. The position
demands creative sensibility, an aesthetic eye, attention
to detail, and the ability to manage a staff effectively.
It is vital for the Marketing Manager to lead and optimize
results using online marketing, direct e-mail and other
marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff that includes personnel in the
areas of events, communication outreach, e-commerce,
content development and writing. Provide daily performance
reports on team and efforts.
• Manage existing workflow and new requests. Distribute
daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc projects. Formulate
processes that provide efficiencies for the department.
• Develop, measure, and analyze online and print
programs. This includes the analysis of leads, traffic,
open rates, sales, click through rates, ROI, etc.
• Continually optimize the creation and execution
of all marketing campaigns. This includes setting campaign
objectives, testing recommendations, test plan development
and creative direction.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce Manager for all
online marketing efforts, including keyword campaigns,
paid search, advertising and affiliate programs.
• Responsible for forecasting, analysis and reporting
of program results, with recommendations for improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing business
needs.
• Manage marketing budget and participate in the
month-end reporting process and forecasting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus five years
management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to
maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, as well as strong
verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with an
ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing
multiple projects under time constraints.
• Must possess a high level of creativity and
ability to manage projects from conception through implementation.
• Desire to be in the wine industry, with some
wine knowledge preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word,
and PowerPoint. Adobe Photoshop, Quark Xpress, and Access
preferred.

Portfolio Manager - Full Time
IWM is searching for ambitious, self-motivated sales
professionals. Candidates must have a proven record
of success in fine wine, finance or real estate sales.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree from school with top business
program or impressive life and work experiences.
• Minimum two years in fine wine sales or minimum
four years in general sales/trading.
• Ability to work with client base of high net
worth individuals.
• Ability to identify high level candidates from
large list of leads/clients.
• A keen sense of urgency, focus and salesmanship.
• Strong knowledge of or interest in the fine
wine industry.
• Ability to build and grow new client base.
• Ability to make presentations to large groups
(20 – 100 people).
• Experience making phone/in person sales pitches.
• Ability to formulate, present and implement
selling plans and work within CRM system.
