Orders within Manhattan will be delivered - there is no charge for Big Wines and Sergio's Cellar members; a delivery charge of $6.38 per month applies for the Exploration Passport and will be charged along with membership and other fees. UPS ground shipping will be used for most members; these shipments will be charged along with membership and other fees. FedEx will be used for certain locations; these shipments will be charged monthly by FedEx to the card provided here. Handling costs apply to all orders outside Manhattan and will be charged along with membership and other fees. Shipping and handling rates will vary depending on location and will generally fall between $12.00 and $18.00 per month. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Passport wines are sent monthly (around the 15th of each month) except in the case of extreme temperatures; changes to shipment dates will be based on the discretion of IWM to avoid exposing wines to harmful weather conditions. Special shipping requests can alter costs.
